2024 FIVE-STAR TACKLE JORDAN SEATON COMMITS TO COLORADO

WHO IS JORDAN SEATON

Jordan Seaton is a consensus five-star tackle from IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL. The 6-foot-6-inch, 295-pound tackle chose Colorado over Tennessee, Oregon, Ohio State and Florida. Seaton is considered to be the No. 1 offensive tackle recruit in the country according to On3 Sports, ESPN, and Rivals. 247Sports has him as the No. 2 offensive tackle recruit.

WHAT IS THE IMPACT OF THE COMMITMENT FOR COLORADO

The Buffaloes only have 11 commits for the 2024 class and currently sit with the No. 2 ranked class in the Big 12 and the No. 27 ranked class overall according to the On3 Sports recruiting rankings. Seaton is the third offensive tackle in the 2024 recruiting class for Colorado.

HOW QUICKLY CAN JORDAN SEATON CONTRIBUTE AT COLORADO?

There are only two tackles listed on the depth chart for Colorado and one of them is a graduate transfer who has exhausted his eligibility. While there may be some bumps in the road early on, Jordan Seaton could step in and be the starting left tackle next season at Colorado.

SCOUTING JORDAN SEATON

Jordan Seaton is a massive offensive tackle who is extremely fast and agile for a kid his size. He has a meanness to him that shows up, particularly in the run game. He showed dedication as he went from 330 pounds during his junior year to 295 pounds at the start of his senior year, cutting out some bad fat and increasing his strength. Seaton is a wall in pass protection and uses his 6-foot-10-inch wingspan to keep rushers at bay. He is explosive when pulling and often looks to the second level to find another defender to block.
