Both these teams have a loss and in order to keep in ‘the last’ PAC 12 title hunt, need to find a win. Typical of Pacific NW weather, so expect a little 'chill to the bone'. Last defensive stand wins?

Rendering of what Oregon State's University's Reser Stadium will look like after a $160.5 million project to fully renovate the west side of the stadium. The project includes construction of a welcome center within the southwest side of the stadium for prospective new students and a wellness clinic, which will be located on the stadium’s southeast corner and operated in partnership with Samaritan Health Service

What's at Stake?

UCLA travels north after a quality victory over a ranked #20 WSU team. Oregon State put together a ' 'Friday Night Lights' win over #16 Utah, which already handed UCLA a tough loss earlier this year. One team will stay in the conference race and the other will be handed its second loss.

Key Players: #15 Oregon State Beavers

Offensive – QB DJ Uiagalelei is the key as consistency has been tough in 2023 Defensive – LB Easton Mascarenas-Arnold has been a solid presence with 50 Tackles

Key Players: #19 UCLA Bruins

Offensive – QB Dante Moore is yet to hit his stride, but a cold wet game awaits up North. Defensive - – DB Alex Johnson has 3 Interceptions on the year

Prediction:

Anytime the LA teams come up North to tangle, it slows them down, rainy and in the 50s for this Saturday night showdown (expect fog). Both teams had solid showings against a common, although offensively hobbled #16 Utah team, Utah prevailed against UCLA, and the other common was #20 WSU, which handed the Beavers their only loss and succumbed to UCLA. Giving the edge to the hometown #15 Oregon State Beavers in a 24-17 slugfest.
