Welcome to College Football Dawgs' Best Bets, where each week I will give you my best bets for college football and the NFL.

We had a solid weekend last week, going 3-1 (+1.90 units) and pushing the UCLA bet. Our overall record is now 18-10 (+6.85 units).

A few quick things before we get into the plays for this week. All bets will be to win 1 unit unless otherwise noted. Always practice bankroll management and be sure to shop around for the best lines and prices (betting apps for Android or iPhone) . There is no such thing as a lock so be on the lookout for any “Lock of the Century” bettors.

Play 'em or fade 'em. Let's go.

College YTD: 18-10 (+6.85 units)

Best Bet No. 1: Arkansas +3 (-115)

The Arkansas Razorbacks will play host to No. 8 LSU Tigers at 7 p.m. EST on Oct 19.

Per Parker Flemings “Did we really get beat that bad?” series on twitter, LSU had the worst net success rating and the seventh-worst EPA per play for any team to win a game last week.

Per DraftKings betting splits, the Tigers are currently getting 77 percent of the bets. Despite the majority of bets coming in on LSU, we have seen this line fall from its opening of 4 down to 2.5 in some shops, signaling a possible sharp reverse line movement. There are a few 3's still available as of this writing.

Arkansas is coming off a bye week and should be fresh after upsetting the No. 11 Tennessee Volunteers two weeks ago.

Let’s take the fresh home dog getting a field goal against an LSU team that was very fortunate to win last week.

Best Bet No. 2: Louisville + 5 (-110)

The No. 6 Miami Hurricanes will hit the road this week and take on the Louisville Cardinals at noon EST on Oct 19.

The Hurricanes have been very fortunate to walk away with victories in their last two games with a four-point victory over the Virginia Tech Hokies and a one-point victory over the Cal Golden Bears. Both games had some controversy in favor of the Hurricanes.

Per the T-Shoe Index model created by Tyler Shoemaker, Louisville has an 18.30 percent edge in the spread. He has this game closer to a pick’em.

Louisville has struggled in the last few weeks, which has led to Miami receiving over 75 percent of the bets so far. When the early line for this game came out back in May, The Cardinals were one-point favorites.

The Hurricanes have been flirting with disaster here lately. I’ll take the 5 points with the home dog in Louisville.

Best Bet No. 3: Georgia Bulldogs +5 (-108)

In a clash of two SEC powerhouses, No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs will travel to Austin, Texas to take on No. 1 Texas Longhorns at 7:30 p.m. on Oct 19 for a primetime showdown.

Be sure to come back to College Football Dawgs each week for more "Lock 'Em In" and every Saturday for my top NFL Daily Fantasy Football plays.
