Lock 'Em In: NFL Best Bets for Week 9

Welcome to College Football Dawgs' Best Bets, where each week I will give you our best bets for college football and the NFL.

We got back on the winning side last week, going 2-1. For the season we are 11-6 (64.7 percent).

More plays will be added later in the week.

A few quick things before we get into the plays for this week. All bets will be to win 1 unit unless otherwise noted. Always practice bankroll management and be sure to shop around for the best lines and prices. Once the games have started, you can sometimes catch better lines and odds using apps with live betting. There is no such thing as a lock so be on the lookout for any “Lock of the Century” bettors.

NFL Best Bets: 11-6 (+4.59 units)

Best Bet No. 1: New York Jets -1.5 (-110)

Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets will play host to the Minnesota Vikings for a Thursday night showdown at 8:15 p.m. EST on Oct. 31.

Best Bet No. 2: Cleveland Browns ML +105

The Cleveland Browns will host the Los Angeles Chargers at 1 p.m. EST on Nov. 3. 

Best Bet No. 3: Dallas Cowboys +3.5 (-120)

The Dallas Cowboys will hit the road this week to take on the Atlanta Falcons at 1 p.m. EST on Nov. 3.
