Who, would have thought that we would ever see the Hokies and Panthers in this bad of shape? For many decades both teams have been in the top tier of the ACC, before that The Big East. Both teams come into this game desperately needing a win. Could this game be ugly? It might very well be. The Hokies are hoping for some of that famous Lane Stadium night game magic.

Broadcast Information:

T.V. 8 PM EST on The ACC Network

Mike Monaco & Tim Hasselback on the call

Radio: The Virginia Tech Flagship Station 105.3 The Bear & 107.3 WFIR Roanoke, Va

Pitt Radio: 93.7 The Fan

Key Players: Hokies

QB play - whoever stars either Drone or Wells has to push the ball downfield. Because it will be tough to run against Pitt

RB Tuten- Needs to keep playing like you did against Marshall.

WR Room - Hopefully Ali Jennings will be back in this game. Need someone to step up and make some plays.

Key players: Panthers

Pittsburgh's Defensive Line - Can they step up to stop the Hokies?

QB play - Either Phil Jurkovic or Christian Veilleux play a decent game and you can win.

Prediction:

Well, on paper, this used to be a great game between The Hokies and Panthers. This year is much different as both teams need a win bad, to stay out of the bottom of the ACC. Honestly In my opinion they have the same amount of talent on both sides of the ball. I see a low-scoring game neither team's offense is very good. Since this is a home game for the Hokies I believe they have a slight edge and squeeze out a win.

Hokies 17 - Pitt. 13
