Preview: Virginia Tech Hokies at Louisville Cardinals

Brent Pry and the Virginia Tech Hokies take the show on the road this time they are headed to Louisville Kentucky, to play the Cardinals of Louisville. The last time the Hokies and Cardinals played was in 2020 and Hendon Hooker's lead team won a shot out 42-35. This game has the potential to be a good one, with second place in the ACC on the line.

What's at stake?

Second place in the ACC is on the line. A month ago Hokie Nation was wondering if this team would make a bowl game. This game will be entertaining, the Hokies have found themselves at the right time of the year. Louisville is playing some good football right now so we shall see how it plays out.

Key Players: Virginia Tech Hokies

Offensive Line: Keep blocking like you have over the last 4 games.

QB: Kyron Drones keep playing your game

Key Players: Louisville

RB: Jawhar Jordan solid running back he has to have a good game.

WR: Jamari Thrash is a deep threat and a great WR.

Prediction:

This is going to be a fun game to watch both teams are peaking at the right time of the season. Both teams have about the same talent level on paper, if Ali Jennings plays for the Hokies they have a better shot of pulling off the upset. I can see this beginning a back-and-forth game with Louisville pulling away in the 4th quarter. The Hokies don't have the dept just yet.
