The off-season of good news and NIL continues to set the bar high in Columbus, as JTT is forgoing the NFL Draft and will return to Ohio State for his senior year. JT Tuimoloau (JTT), a potential first-round pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, will return to the Buckeyes. They are possibly making this the most stacked defense OSU has fielded in recent memory. JTT will join his teammates on the defensive side who have already announced they are returning: Jack Sawyer, Tyleik Williams, Denzel Burke, Jordan Hancock, Cody Simon, Tye Hamilton, and Lathan Ransom. The Buckeyes will have a ton of depth and experience and are hungry for revenge against the team up north and want to win a Big Ten Title and compete for a National Championship.
JTT in the 2023 season posted 12 solo tackles, and 38 total tackles to go along with 5 sacks. JTT will look to add to his career stats in 2024. Tuimoloau has already amassed 83 tackles, 36 solo tackles, and 11 sacks for the Scarlet and Gray.
Now Ohio State waits for one more Buckeye to announce whether he will return in 2024 or forgo and head to the NFL Draft (RB Treveyon Henderson).
