Tennessee's Kamal Hadden's season is coming to an end.
According to a post by Hadden on Instagram he had season-ending surgery this morning on his shoulder, which he injured during last week's game against Alabama.
In his Instagram post, Hadden expressed his regret about having to end his senior season early and, in his words, letting everyone down.
The injury occurred in the second quarter, with Hadden going to a knee twice while coming off the field before the medical training staff came out to attend to him. There has been no word from Hadden or the Tennessee coaching staff on what the exact injury is.
Before the injury, Hadden was leading the team with three interceptions and eight pass deflections.
Hadden is a redshirt senior out of River Rouge, MI. He previously played for Independence Community College and Auburn before transferring to Tennessee.
