Texas A&M and new head coach Mike Elko have found their new offensive coordinator in Collin Klein. Klien had been courted by Notre Dame last year and Penn State this year, but chose to stay at Kansas State. However, Texas A&M was able to pull Collin Klein away from his Alma Mater.
The Kansas State offense averaged 37.7 points a game and 446.1 yards per game this season which was good enough for 11th and 23rd nationally.
This is full circle for Collin Klein who also played for Kansas State graduating in 2012. The Heisman finalists that year were Texas A&M's Johnny Manziel, Notre Dame's Manti Te'o, and Collin Klein. Johnny Manziel won the award. Now Klein will be running the offense in College Station.
