The No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs (3-0, 1-0 Southeastern Conference) face a tough test in Week 5 as they travel on the road to face the No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide (3-0) in primetime. The Bulldogs had a bye week in Week 4 and the Crimson Tide defeated the Wisconsin Badgers (2-1) on the road 42-10. Georgia and Alabama will face off at 7:30 p.m. EST on Sept. 28 at Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

What's at Stake?

The Bulldogs look to continue their streak of not allowing a touchdown this season. They are the only team in the entire FBS to have this streak.

Crimson Tide head coach Kalen DeBoer looks to improve his record against ranked teams to 13-2 coming into the game against the Bulldogs.

Key Players: Georgia

Quarterback Carson Beck, Wide Receiver Dominic Lovett

Beck is a potential Heisman Trophy candidate and continues to make a name for himself with the Bulldogs. Beck is 6-1 versus top 20 opponents with a completion percentage of 73.3. Beck also set a school record in 2023 with a 72.4 completion percentage that ranked fifth in the nation.

Lovett also makes a name for himself in the Bulldogs' offense. He is one of Beck's favorite targets and currently has 12 receptions for 155 yards and 1 touchdown on the season. The Bulldogs' offense will continue to excel if the ball comes Lovett's way.

Defensive Lineman Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins, Linebacker Raylen Wilson

Dawkins had quite the game against the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles (1-2) in Week 2. It was his first career start and he tallied a career-high 4 tackles with 3 of them being a tackle for loss.

Wilson is a veteran for the Bulldogs. In Week 3 against the Kentucky Wildcats (2-2), he tallied a career-high 5 tackles, a forced fumble, and a sack for a loss of 28 yards.

Key Players: Alabama

Quarterback Jalen Milroe, Wide Receiver Ryan Williams

Milroe is also a Heisman Trophy candidate, is the mainstay of the Crimson Tide's offense and is a special player. He has accounted for 14 touchdowns in three games this season. Those TDs have led to 84 points, which is tied for fifth in the nation.

Williams is also a special player for the Tide's offense, especially as a freshman. He leads Alabama in receptions with 110, receiving yards with 285 and receiving touchdowns with 4. He is a special player and will continue to be a favorite target of Milroe.

Linebacker Que Robinson, Defensive Lineman Tim Keenan III

In the Crimson Tide's win over the Badgers, Robinson tallied his third sack of the season. Robinson has 1 sack in all three Alabama games this season.

Keenan III is a key component of the Crimson Tide's defense as well. He has tallied 1.5 sacks, 2.5 tackles for loss and 9 total tackles this season. These marks are all personal bests for Keenan III.
