Players to watch

Cole Pennington Quarterback- The freshman quarterback the son of Chad Pennington has had some playing time this year with some better than stellar numbers with 437 yards passing with 0 touchdowns and 6 interceptions. For Marshall to be competitive he will have to put up better numbers. Sam Fancher the normal starter for Marshall has entered the transfer portal.

Frank Harris Quarterback- He has 2506 yards passing with 18 touchdowns and 8 interceptions. Frank Harris is the heart of this offense and will keep them going in the right direction and have the best chance to win this bowl game.

Frisco Bowl Prediction

UTSA will be too much for Marshall in this game. Marshall losing the starting quarterback to the portal and having to go with an inexperienced quarterback will allow the Roadrunners to win this game 38-17.

Final Score UTSA 38-Marshall 17
